The Role
*Drive sales of EV systems, meeting or exceeding an annual target of £500,000.
*Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to expand the customer base.
*Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
*Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
*Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
*Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
*Achieve sales targets and quotas.
*Identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities (e.g., EV chargers, heat pumps).
*Maintain detailed knowledge of the products and communicate their benefits effectively.
*Provide regular sales performance reports and suggest improvements.
*Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements in all sales activities.
About You
*Knowledge of renewable products or EV systems.
*Proven track record in sales, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
*Strong relationship-building skills with experience managing commercial clients.
*Proficiency in CRM software and the ability to analyse data effectively.
Skills & Attributes:
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Creative problem-solving abilities to address client needs.
*Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
*Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and results driven.
Please note: All successful candidates must pass a criminal record check, provide eligibility to work in the UK, and provide references covering the last five years.
