This hands-on role offers the opportunity to lead financial control, compliance, and strategic planning while working closely with senior leadership to drive financial performance and manage risk.

The UK Financial Controller leads the UK Management Accounts team, ensuring accurate financial reporting and control while supporting senior leadership to drive financial performance.
Principal Accountabilities *Accounting & Financial Control: Oversee monthly accounts and balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
*Financial Reporting & Compliance: Support statutory accounts, audits, and regulatory submissions (e.g. VAT, IATA, ATOL).
*Systems & Process Improvement: Drive automation and ensure accurate, timely reporting and compliance with accounting standards.
*Team Leadership: Lead and develop the finance team, promoting high performance and continuous improvement.
*Business Partnering: Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, collaborating with department heads to control costs and improve profitability.
