Teqniq is searching for a Quality Assurance Consultant to work in the public sector.
36 hours per week.

Job Description:
We are seeking a candidate to support with the development of a Quality Assurance Board and Quality Assurance Framework for Adult Social Care operations. This candidate will develop and establish a board that will seek to:
- Provide intelligence and performance relating to the effectiveness of ASC Operational practice in meeting statutory duties
- Provide assurance of the quality of practice
- Ensure the views of people drawing on care and support and their carers shapes improvement priorities
- Develop thematic reporting into the board relating to various areas, including complaints, ombudsman etc working in partnership with relevant colleagues
- Ensure service level reporting on waiting lists
- Report on the effectiveness of customer journeys in ASC Operations such as D2A, Transitions, Sensory etc
- Better understand the needs of the user cohort and intelligence that supports understanding of hard to reach groups or those experiencing inequalities
