Are you an experience Data Analyst looking for a new challenge?
We are supporting a company based in Central Brighton with recruiting for a Senior Data Analyst with a salary of up to £50,000 depending on your experience. You must be located locally as this is a hybrid working position, working full-time with 3 days in the office. There may be flexibility on this for the right person but with flexibility on return as there may be certain days you will be required in to the office for team meetings etc. Plus you can be based more in the office if you prefer this to home working.

To be considered for this position you must have several years of experience in a data analysis/data science position along with experience with Microsoft Data Platform technologies, including Dynamics365 CRM and Power BI. Ideally you will have experience in SQL, SAS, Python, or R programming and knowledge of other marketing technology data platforms, although this is not essential.
Duties will include:
*Monitoring and reporting on key data metrics recognising significant trends and patterns and highlighting where required
*Provide guidance on the development of campaign and overall performance reporting
*Produce data visualisations to help support and communicate important learning
*Work with the Data Integrity Analyst to ensure the quality and robustness of data used within the organisation
*Support with potential areas for improvement that will make a significant difference in line with business objectives and strategy.
*Work closely with the Group Head of Data & Compliance, leading the reporting, insights and analytics for the organisation and providing pro-active reporting and actionable insights
To be successful for this position you must enjoy communication and relationship building as you will be working closely with various internal departments and members of senior management. You must be able to use data to tell a story including presenting data interpretation and insights to non-technical audiences.
