The Opportunity
As a key player in the Talent Acquisition team, you’ll help source, attract, and hire top talent across various functions worldwide. You’ll play an essential role in ensuring the building of a diverse and engaged workforce and offer a seamless candidate experience

Recruitment Process Management: *Lead end-to-end recruitment, working closely with hiring managers.
*Develop tailored recruitment plans and ensure timelines are met.
*Select the best recruitment channels to fill open positions.
*Coach hiring managers on interview techniques, emphasizing diversity and inclusion.
Candidate Sourcing Strategy: *Implement creative sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates.
*Work with the Talent Acquisition team to source and shortlist top candidates.
*Optimize our recruitment agency relationships for the best results.
*Stay updated on innovative sourcing techniques to enhance the recruitment process.
Candidate Experience: *Ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate experience from start to finish.
*Act as company ambassador, embodying their values and culture.
*Continuously improve recruitment processes through technology and feedback.
Compliance & Process Optimization: *Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
*Streamline recruitment processes using technology and automation.
Develop and maintain recruitment policies and documentation
Who we are looking for
*Proven experience of at least 3 years in recruitment or talent acquisition, with experience across multiple geographies preferred.
*A creative mindset with the ability to identify and engage top-tier candidates, even those not actively on the market.
*Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
*A passion for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and improving candidate experience.
*Experience in Talent Acquisition projects like competency frameworks, implementing an ATS, and working with recruitment agencies.
*Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
