Trainee Manager – Hetton-le-Hole Salary: £30,000 (during probation), rising to £35,000 after probation, plus a 10% company bonus

The Role
Our client is looking for a ambitious Trainee Manager to join their site in Hetton-le-Hole. This is an exciting opportunity to develop hands-on experience and grow your career within a forward-thinking company. You will receive comprehensive training across production and operational activities, building a deep understanding of site processes and functions.
Key Responsibilities
*Assist in day-to-day site operations and production processes.
*Develop knowledge of Health and Safety regulations in a manufacturing environment.
*Support continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving activities.
*Lead and motivate teams in a dynamic and changing environment.
*Analyse data and implement strategies to optimise operational efficiency.

*Highly self-motivated with a desire to learn and acquire new skills.
*Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
