Job Description:
We are looking for a SEO specialist with Google Ads experience to work with our Digital Marketing Team and the Web Development team. This is an office based role at Bennetts Hill, Birmingham.

Role Overview:
As an SEO Specialist, you will play a key role in improving our online visibility and driving targeted traffic to our website. You will be responsible for creating, implementing and optimising both organic search strategies and paid advertising campaigns. Working collaboratively with the marketing team, you will ensure that our digital efforts align with business goals and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
*Develop and execute SEO strategies to enhance organic search rankings and drive traffic.
*Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and maximise ROI.
*Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify opportunities for growth in organic and paid search.
*Perform technical SEO audits, resolving issues to improve website performance and user experience.
*Collaborate with content teams to create high-quality, optimised content.
*Monitor, analyse, and report on SEO and PPC campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
*Stay updated with the latest SEO and Google Ads trends, tools and algorithm changes.
*Conduct competitor analysis to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
Requirements
*Proven experience in SEO and Google Ads campaign management.
*Strong knowledge of SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush or Ahrefs.
*A solid understanding of on-page, off-page and technical SEO practices.
*Hands-on experience with Google Ads, including campaign creation, optimisation and performance analysis.
*Analytical skills to interpret data, track progress and recommend improvements.
*Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teams.
*Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
*A relevant qualification in digital marketing or a related field.
