Job Description:

*Based in the office full-time , working Monday-Friday

Receptionist duties include:
*Providing a first point of contact for visitors, meeting and greeting
*Managing the reception area and meetings rooms, including ensuring areas are tidy
*Meeting and greeting visitors, as well as providing refreshments
*Managing switchboard and handling general enquiries
*General office administration, typing, scanning and filing
*Responsible for the mail, franking and opening post, as well as booking couriers
*Managing stationery and office supplies, including handling deliveries
*Organising door passes and liaising with main reception
*Assisting Personal Assistants when needed
Receptionist skills and experience required:
*Ideally 3-4 years’ front of house experience in a corporate environment, including basic switchboard experience
*Excellent IT skills, especially using Outlook, calendars and meeting management
*Knowledge of audio visual and meeting technologies
*Experience of engaging with business customers in a corporate organisation
*Organising and managing VIP events
We are looking for a Receptionist who has:
*High levels of attention to detail to provide the highest standard of customer service
*A professional and meticulous appearance
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; confident and welcoming
*The ability to work well under pressure and to conflicting deadlines
*A calm, flexible and can-do approach to varied tasks
