We are looking to appoint an experienced Credit Hire Fee Earner to our office in Greater Manchester.
Our firm is a reputable, claimant Legal 500 which specialises in insurance and credit hire. Joining as a fee earner, you will be responsible for a litigated caseload of credit hire to RTA cases.
Duties include
*Handling a caseload of credit hire to RTA cases
*Fast to multi track cases valuing to £100,000
*Responsible for a full litigated caseload
*Inception to settlement caseload of files
*Collecting evidence, drafting witness statements and court hearings

Candidate Criteria
*3+ years as a fee earner at a law firm
*Experience in credit hire and RTA claims
*Experience running a caseload of claims
*Ability to run a caseload of litigated claims
