The role
As a Senior Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development of high-performance, scalable web applications using .NET and React. You will work closely with the Principal Developer and other team members to ensure the successful delivery of complex projects. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced developer who is looking to take on leadership responsibilities, mentor junior developers, and play a key role in shaping the architecture and direction of our technical solutions.
Key responsibilities
*Lead the design, development, and maintenance of web applications using .NET (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core) and React.
*Collaborate with the Principal Developer to define technical solutions and contribute to the architectural design.
*Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and industry standards.
*Mentor and guide junior developers, providing code reviews, feedback, and support to help them grow.
*Work on both front-end (React) and back-end (ASP.NET Core) technologies to build full-stack applications.
*Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and security.
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Requirements
*Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
*5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core).
*Extensive experience with front-end development using React and JavaScript.
*Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
*Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, web services, and integration patterns.
