Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Manchester (M20 area)
Pay Rates: Up to £95 per day (depending on hours)
Shift Patterns: Monday to Friday

About the SEN Teaching Assistant Role:
*As a SEN Teaching assistant, you will provide 1:1 support to a Year 2 child with mild learning difficulties and social-emotional challenges.
*Collaborate with the class teacher and SENCO to implement tailored strategies that promote the child’s academic, social, and emotional development.
*Create a supportive and encouraging learning environment to help the pupil thrive.
*Monitor and record the child’s progress, providing feedback to relevant staff and parents.
Requirements for the SEN Teaching Assistant:
*Previous experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant or in a similar role.
*Understanding of strategies to support children with learning difficulties and social-emotional needs.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
*Relevant qualifications in education or child development are desirable.
