Job Description:
My client is seeking an experienced Senior ER Specialist to join their dynamic team.
Reporting to the HR Manager, this role is a fantastic opportunity to take the lead on employee relations (ER) matters while maintaining a broad HR generalist focus. You’ll work on a variety of ER cases, including complex investigations, while coaching and supporting managers to effectively manage their teams.
The Role
This pivotal role will involve:
*Leading and managing ER cases, including investigations, disciplinaries, and grievances, with confidence and professionalism.
*Coaching and guiding managers on ER issues to promote effective leadership and management.
*Conducting and supporting key HR meetings and consultations.
*Advising on recruitment, onboarding, and resource planning to align with business objectives.
*Updating and maintaining HR policies to ensure legal compliance and best practice.
*Managing projects and providing flexible support across the HR function as required.
About You
To excel in this role, you’ll need:
*Demonstrated experience in handling complex ER cases, including investigations and disciplinary meetings.
*Strong HR generalist knowledge, with a focus on employee relations.
*Excellent communication, coaching, and influencing skills.
