Job Description:
JOB – Senior Mechanical Engineer
TERM- 12 months+
LOCATION- Manchester area
Industry: Nuclear
RATE- £55-65ph
IR35: Inside
Hybrid: Yes 3/2 split
Nationally renowned firm looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join a high-profile industrial project team. You will be responsible for working on highly sensitive projects in the nuclear industry.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage complex projects in the nuclear industry.
*Use AutoCAD or Inventor to solve engineering problems.
*Produce design drawings for concept, detailed, and manufacturing stages.
*Adhere to engineering drawing standards (e.g., BS 8888).
Essential Skills:
*Chartered or working towards chartered status
*Previous work in the nuclear sector
*Eligible for SC clearance.
*Experience creating/modifying mechanical design drawings.
