Our Client
Nigel Wright are delighted to be partnering with a global business with a Northeast based Head quarters in their search for a Talent Attraction Specialist.
The Opportunity
As a Talent Attraction Specialist, you’ll use your expertise to source, attract, and hire top-tier candidates, helping to build a stronger, diverse workforce. This hands-on role plays a key part in shaping the future of our clients workforce by driving employer branding initiatives and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities include:
Direct Recruitment: Source both active and passive candidates for open roles, ensuring a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Market Research & Talent Mapping: Conduct salary benchmarking, competitor analysis, and develop talent pools to meet future business demands.
Candidate Sourcing Strategy: Use creative strategies, including social media and networking, to attract diverse, high-caliber candidates.
Collaboration: Work closely with HR and Marketing teams to strengthen our employer brand and ensure our client is recognised as a top employer in the market.
Talent Pool Development: Build relationships and raise awareness to minimize recruitment time and meet future hiring needs.
Who we are looking for
With at least 3 years in talent acquisition or recruitment and with a proven track record of managing the full recruitment lifecycle for various roles you will be a creative thinker with the ability to use innovative methods to attract both active and passive candidates. Organised you will have the ability to manage multiple recruiting priorities in a fast-paced environment while aligning with commercial goals. Collaboration & Communication are a key strength and you will possess strong communication skills to work with stakeholders and external candidates, with a team player mindset. Resilient, you navigate challenges and deliver results in a dynamic recruitment landscape.
