Are you an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in IT Managed Service Providers (MSP)? Do you have a passion for growing existing business relationships while generating new ones? We’re looking for a motivated Senior Sales Manager to join an expanding MSP in Hertfordshire with ambitious growth plans.

In this role, you will manage key client relationships, conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and identify project opportunities. You will also play a crucial role in generating new business, leveraging your existing client book, and developing strategies for effective marketing and advertising spend.

The IT MSP offers a wide range of services including Managed Service Desk, Cloud Solutions, Cybersecurity, IT Audits, and Project Delivery, all of which you’ll have the opportunity to sell to both new and existing clients.

Essential qualifications for this Senior Sales Manager role:

• Proven experience as a Senior Sales Manager within the IT MSP sector.
• Expertise in growing client relationships and conducting QBRs to identify new business opportunities.
• Ability to prepare quotes, scope project work, and close deals with strong sales conversion rates (33% new business, 66% existing).
• Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably Autotask) to manage client interactions and sales processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage both technical and business conversations with external stakeholders.
• Ambition to grow within the company and lead a team, with opportunities to manage junior staff in the future.
