Junior Group Barista
Help us create the perfect blend!
We’re currently recruiting a driven Junior Group Barista to help us create beautifully crafted drinks for Restaurant Associates on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.
As a Junior Group Barista, you will use your skills to deliver first-class service and perfectly crafted hot and cold beverages to our customers whilst supporting the wider business growing our teams. Your key responsibilities will include:
*Supporting sites and units with training the teams
*Assist units in preparing perfectly blended drinks and serving high-quality food that delights our customers
*Being an enthusiastic team player and excellent communicator
*Learning about brewing methods and beverage blends
*Keep up with market trends
*Check if brewing equipment operates properly and support teams to report any maintenance needs
*Representing Restaurant Associates and maintaining a positive brand image
*Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
*Complying with Health & Safety regulations
Our Ideal Group Barista: *Minimum of 2 years as a Barista
*Ability to work flexibly
*Ability to create effective relationships and collaborate internally at all team levels
*Demonstrates Compass values and principles
*Understands and has knowledge of Client Food Program
*Ability to learn and effectively implement directives
*Strong communicator that can confidently speak at team and middle management levels within the business
*Communicate and collaborate across many teams about projects taking place within their own unit
