Job Description:
Job Responsibilities/Skills Required
Support the projects team with their global Finance Transformation/Change project by executing the programme change plan across the business.
*Draft communication outputs (emails, newsletter, in-office comms posters, notifications etc) in line with the Transformation implementation plan
*Organize and create content for the Finance SharePoint site
*Manage forward calendar of engagement sessions to ensure project sponsors are aware of upcoming engagement activities
*Support with development of training materials
*Support with maintaining organization charts and stakeholder maps
*Provide regular updates to project team to input to project planning and status
This role offers hybrid working - 2 days WFH/3 days office based. This is an OUTSIDE IR35 contract opportunity.
