Lead business analysis activities for the implementation of the Fund Data Management Platform , ensuring successful configuration and adoption by internal teams and external stakeholders.
Work with client teams to elicit, document, and validate business and technical requirements for the platform.
Produce high-quality documentation, including business cases, workflows, and training materials, to facilitate smooth implementation and onboarding.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, UX/UI teams, and external partners to deliver a seamless system implementation.
Provide subject matter expertise on digital workflows, processes, and systems relevant to the Asset Management sector.
Experience:
*A strong understanding of the asset and investment management sector, including fund operations, regulatory requirements, and data management processes.
*Familiarity with fund data platforms (e.g., Fundipedia or similar) and their role in streamlining fund information and reporting.
*Demonstrable experience creating wireframes and working closely with UX teams to design intuitive interfaces and workflows.
