We are looking for a dynamic and meticulous Recruitment Coordinator to join our bustling HR department at Windsor Forest Colleges Group on a full-time permanent basis and are happy to consider part-time applications. About the Role
As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will take ownership of the entire recruitment lifecycle, working closely with hiring managers across the College Group to understand their needs and deliver a first-class recruitment experience. You will be responsible for posting job advertisements, liaising with managers on shortlisting, arranging interviews, issuing offer letters and contracts and undertaking pre-employment checks for successful applicants.
You will need to have previous experience in a similar role.You will also have the desire and ability to build effective relationships with a wide range of people and have excellent attention to detail, time management and organisational skills.
Working both independently and as part of a team you will be confident in being able to manage multiple tasks and a diverse workload. You will need to hold 5 GCSE’s (A-C/4-9) including English and Maths or equivalent and be proficient in the use of IT packages.
Please note that this role will primarily be based at our Slough & Langley college campus but will require you to regularly travel to our other college sites.
