Job Description:
CAMHS Crisis Nurse - Coventry (NHS)
Service Care Solutions is recruiting a CAMHS Crisis Nurse for the NHS in Coventry. This is a dynamic role providing urgent mental health care to children, young people, and their families in line with local and national guidelines.
*Hours: 8 am-8 pm, Monday to Sunday.
*Pay Rates (Ltd): *Weekdays: £27/hour
*Saturday/Nights: £32/hour
*Sundays/Bank Holidays: £40/hour
*Payment: Weekly via umbrella.
Key Responsibilities:
*Work with the Band 7 RISE Crisis Team Leads to develop the service.
*Conduct comprehensive assessments and interventions in acute care settings.
*Provide mental health support for young people, focusing on crisis management and self-harm prevention.
*Liaise with multi-disciplinary teams and external agencies to ensure the best outcomes.
Requirements:
*Experience in child and adolescent mental health (CAMHS) and crisis care.
*Ability to hold and manage an independent caseload.
*Strong skills in communication, consultation, and collaborative care planning.
