Job Description
We’re recruiting for aRisk & Controls Managerto join us. We’re offering a competitive base salary and good benefits package. What you’ll be doing: *Managing and maintaining the risk environment within Retail Annuities
*Managing a team and driving forward process improvements
*Conducting analytical reviews to assess risks and controls
*Overseeing the implementation of documented processes and controls
*Performing assurance across the business
*Conducting risk assessments for new development activities
*Providing support to the Head of Operational Governance
*Delivering effective communication of complex scenarios to stakeholders and senior managers
Qualifications
Who we’re looking for: *Strong knowledge of relevant pensions and annuities products
*Experienced in managing a risk or controls team
*Knowledgeable in regulatory requirements
*Strong analytical skills and the ability to simply explain complect and detailed work
*Excellent communication skills and management experience
*Ability to manage and resolve emerging risks and issues effectively
