Job Description:
Site Manager
£45,000 - £50,000
Hybrid/Nansledan, Cornwall
The Duchy is driven by a bold vision: empowering communities, fostering enterprise, and protecting nature. We’re looking for a passionate, dynamic individual who shares our values and can bring fresh energy to make this vision a reality.
Exciting challenges lie ahead as we embark on our journey to net zero and nature enhancement, transforming our estate for generations to come.
This new role is an exciting opportunity to support the Project Manager and wider team in Nansledan, to deliver one of the most ambitious mixed-use development projects in the country. The role will focus on project delivery, encompassing management activities for both new areas under construction and phases already completed.
This is a dynamic role where you will ensure projects are planned, tracked, and delivered to performance targets in the most cost-effective and resource-efficient way. You will organise and lead project review meetings, coordinate site surveys, oversee on-site health and safety, and advise customers and stakeholders on the benefits of sustainable practices, promoting cost efficiency, communicating lead times and meeting if not exceeding expectations.
You will ensure optimal project organisation and resource allocation to deliver quality outputs. You’ll develop project plans, secure client approval on specifications and drawings, procure materials, and coordinate the necessary labour resources to drive success.
To be part of our exciting future and for further information, along with the application process, please click the apply button to visit our careers page.
Closing date: 12th January 2025.
We conduct first interviews via Teams and hold second interviews in person.
