About the Role:

We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Semi-Senior Accountant to join a dynamic accountancy practice. This role is ideal for someone partway through their professional qualifications and looking to develop their skills further in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
*Prepare accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.
*Assist with the preparation of VAT returns and tax computations.
*Undertake bookkeeping tasks and maintain accurate financial records for clients.
*Support with the preparation of management accounts.
*Assist in the preparation of personal and corporate tax returns.
*Liaise with clients to gather information and address queries.
*Support senior accountants and managers with ad hoc projects.
Skills and Experience Required:
*Part-qualified ACA, ACCA, or AAT (or equivalent experience).
*Experience working within an accountancy practice is essential.
*Good knowledge of accounting software, such as Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, or similar.
*Strong numeracy and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
*Good communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
*Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
