Our Client are currently looking for aSeniorProject Manager (Smoke Ventilation Systems)to join their highly valued team on a full-time basis.

Senior Project Manager (Smoke Ventilation Systems) Role and Responsibilities:
*Act as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients and take on larger more complex projects.
*Lead and mentor other project managers as and when required, leading by example, and providing guidance on project methodologies, best practices, and performance optimisation.
*Oversee a portfolio of smoke ventilation projects, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and resource optimisation.
*Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients to secure future projects.
*Lead post-project reviews and implement lessons learned across all ongoing projects.
*Oversee the planning, execution and delivery of smoke ventilation systems, ensuring compliance with designs and safety standards.
*Develop project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
*Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project delivery.
*Manage cross-functional teams, including site engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
*Conduct quality assurance checks throughout the project lifecycle.
*Management of Health & Safety aspects on assigned projects including the assessment and producing of RAMS.
*Maintain comprehensive documentation of project activities and ensure proper handover upon completion.
*Prepare and manage project budgets, including final budget review and project closing.
*Efficiently procure and manage materials, tools, and equipment required for project execution.
Senior Project Manager (Smoke Ventilation Systems)Skills and Experience:
*Leadership and team-building skills.
*Proven experience in project management within smoke ventilation, HVAC, or related industries.
*Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
*Strong communication interpersonal skills, capable of motivating teams and building client relationships.
*Ability to read drawings and plan approach to project to completion.
*A Full UK Driving Licence or equivalent (Essential)
*Construction or site experience desired.
