Job Description:
Class Teacher Opportunity - Barking and Dagenham
We are looking for an ambitious, inspiring, and talented Class Teacher to join our dedicated and passionate team in Barking and Dagenham.
About the Role
As a Class Teacher, you will deliver exceptional teaching, fostering the development of all pupils, including those with SEND, EAL, gifted learners, and those receiving Pupil Premium. With expert guidance and mentoring from experienced leaders, you’ll have the support you need to thrive in your role.
We welcome applications from both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs).
Why Join Us?
At our school, we take pride in setting high standards for academic excellence and behaviour while providing a rich, inclusive, and creative curriculum. We celebrate each child’s unique achievements and offer the tools and opportunities they need to reach their full potential.
Our approach values every child, encouraging independence, curiosity, and resilience through a Growth Mindset philosophy. We avoid limiting students with labels or rigid ability grouping, instead challenging every learner to aim high and grow.
If you’re passionate about empowering children to overcome barriers and achieve their best, we’d love to hear from you!
What We’re Looking For:
*A motivated professional committed to excellence for every child
*Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
*Proven experience as a good or outstanding classroom practitioner
*Strong organisational abilities
*Creativity and a passion for innovative teaching and learning
Why Work With Us?
*Join a supportive and collaborative team
*Receive coaching and mentoring from experienced leaders
*Thrive in a positive and inclusive school culture
*Access ongoing professional development opportunities
Ready to Inspire?
Let’s work together to empower the next generation in Barking and Dagenham!
