Executive Assistant Job
A fantastic opportunity to work in a diverse, evolving, and creative office space. We are seeking an intelligent, entrepreneurial and forward-thinking Executive Assistant to join this established business. You will be supporting the Founder in all aspects of the business, utilising your multitasking and quick thinking skills.
Duties
*Involvement in strategic planning
*Project management
*Facilitation of cross-departmental communication
*Handling Founder’s itinerary
*Inbox management
*Correspondence
*The ability to work with Board level executives
*Preparing reports
*Complex and ever-changing diary management
You:
*High level of organization and methodical approach
*Proficiency in MS Office and spreadsheets
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Keen eye for detail
*Ability to anticipate needs
*Calm demeanour, fast learner, and growth-oriented mindset

eYou will have proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Manager and capable of handling complex issues and demonstrate an elevated level of independence and tenacity in a demanding environment.
This is a full-time, office-based role located in Southwest London
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £45,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
