Job Description:
Randstad are currently looking for a Team Manager to join a Children with Disabilities Team in Somerset. You will come with experience with management but not necessarily in CWD. Within you role you will be responsible for supporting a team of 6 Social Workers ranging from ASYEs to Advanced Practitioner.

Minimum requirements:
*Social Work England registration
*Social Work Qualification
*Completed ASYE / 3 years PQE
*Management experience
