Job Description:
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join a forward-thinking organisation on an initial 2-3 month contract. With the potential for the role to become permanent, this position will allow you to utilise your ER expertise to provide crucial support across the business.
Key Responsibilities *Advising and supporting managers on all aspects of employee relations, including disciplinary, grievance, and performance management.
*Managing ER cases from start to finish, ensuring processes are followed fairly and in line with company policies.
*Working closely with HR colleagues to deliver pragmatic, solutions-focused outcomes.
*Providing clear, up-to-date advice on employment law and best practice.
*Contributing to process improvements and supporting the development of ER strategies.
About You *Proven experience in an ER-focused role with a strong understanding of employment law.
*Ability to confidently manage complex and sensitive ER cases.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support and guide managers at all levels.
*A proactive, organised, and solutions-driven approach.
*CIPD qualification or equivalent experience is desirable.
