JR211: Class 2 Removals Driver  

Location: Bristol  

Salary: Up To £29,952 Per Annum

Overview:  

First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Class 2 Removals Driver on behalf of one of our clients. 
 
Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration. 

Duties and Responsibilities: 
*LGV driving
*Warehouse duties as required
*Ensuring compliance with driving time directive and legislation
*Responsible for the legal operation of the vehicle - including locking, parking, cleaning, fuelling etc.
*Daily checks on vehicle - oil, water, lights, fluids, tires
*Report on any damage to vehicle or its load
*Read and receive daily orders
*Ensure adequate packing materials and equipment are on the van for the day’s job(s)
*Complete legal and Company documentation
*Packing assorted household/office goods
*Transporting household/office goods to/from vehicle
*Liaising with customer regarding placement of effects and unpacking where required
*Ensure paperwork for each move is complete and return to general office
*Carry out further tasks exigent to the circumstances of the Company
Skills and Qualifications:  

*Class 2 Licence
*Driver CPC Card
*Digital Tacho Card
*Physically fit
*Excellent customer service skills
