Full-Time Teaching Assistant Position Available
Location: Hounslow
Salary: £90 - £100 per day
Tradewind is proud to partner with a college in Hounslow to find a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting students, particularly those navigating behavioural challenges, to achieve their full potential.
Role Responsibilities:
*Provide focused support to students with behavioural needs.
*Foster a positive and engaging learning atmosphere.
*Collaborate with teachers to implement behaviour management strategies.
*Support the educational and emotional development of individual learners.
Requirements:
*Experience working with students who face behavioural challenges.
*Strong classroom management skills.
*Positive, patient, and team-oriented attitude.
*Commitment to helping students succeed.
Essential Criteria:
*Proven experience with secondary school students.
*Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
*Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
*Enhanced DBS Disclosure.
*Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable).
*Professional references.
Position Details:
*Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM
*Start Date: January 2025
*Duration: Until approximately April 2025, with a strong possibility of extension.
