Start: January 2025 - 31.8 hrs/wk Mon - Fri - Term time only
Looking to appoint a Special Needs Teaching Assistant to work with students that have ASD and Complex Needs. The role would suit someone with experience from a school or care background who has a passion to support SEN.

Special Needs Teaching Assistant we are looking for:
*Someone with experience and knowledge of working with young adults or children with Complex Needs and Learning Disabilities.
*Nurturing people who want to understand the needs of each learner
*An understanding of traits and triggers around autism
*To have strategies to communicate with non-verbal students
*Able to make a positive environment to eliminate challenging behaviour
*Positive de-escalation strategies
*L2/L3 Teaching Assistant/ Care or SEND qualification
