You will be responsible for:
*Handling customer enquiries via phone, email and web chat
*Being first point of contact for business customers
*Responding to customers in a timely manor
*Answering, investigating and resolving queries and complaints
*Record interractions on systems
*Delivering outstanding customer service, upholding the company’s preceeding reputation
Successful candidates must be:
*Highly engaging and professional with strong customer service skills
*An exceptional communicator (verbal and written)

*Able to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
