Job Description:
Your new company
You will be working for Eastleigh council at the Council offices.
Your new role
You will working 15 hours per week 4.30pm to 7.30pm Monday to Friday at Eastleigh council offices. There may some options for extra hours over the rota.
You will be responsible for ensuring the site is locked up and empty each evening by walking around the site and checking all relevant parts of the buildings. You will also support the facilities co-ordinator when required with basic maintenance tasks and be checking for any hazards that need to be raised the FM team to fix.
You will need to be physically fit as there is need to walk all over the site and some tasks may require manual lifting.
What you’ll need to succeed
You will ideally have maintenance, caretaker or security experience and be comfortable locking up a site at night.
What you’ll get in return
£13.40 per hour - 15 hours a week possible extra hours available.
