Job Description:

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our clients’ customers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service and support, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving inquiries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
*Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
*Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat
*Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional manner
*Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
*Provide information about products and services
*Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes
Requirements:
*Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
*Strong problem-solving abilities
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
*Previous customer service experience is preferred
*Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
*Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
