Agility Resourcing are delighted to be working with a long-standing client who are looking for a confident candidate with an excellent telephone manner to join then as a Credit Control Assistant. You will be working closely with the Finance Managager supporting with payment collection and maintaining relationships with customers.
What you will be doing:
*Chase customers for payments via various communications.
*Chasing subcontractors for confirmation of order fitting dates, deposit, and balance payments.
*Banking and bank statement entries.
*Dealing with queries and escalating when required.
*Processing journals and system transactions.
*Facilitate Interest-Free Credit applications through to payment.
*Supporting the Senior Credit Controller as necessary.

*Work off own initiative
