Who we need
Join Our Dynamic Electrical Team! Are you passionate about Electrical Installation and eager to share your expertise? We’re seeking talented individuals with both industry and teaching experience to join our team. We have two exciting full-time, permanent positions available. As a key member of our team, you’ll:
- Teaching across level 1 to level 3 qualification, both practical and theory
- Monitoring attendance and behaviour
- Marking of exams
- Progressing the learner tracker and enrichment experience
- Various upskilling opportunities e.g., assessor awards and short courses
What you’ll bring
You will thrive in our team if you have a strong willingness to learn and grow, excel at problem-solving and are confident in handling challenging situations. Essential skills and experience include:
- Qualified in Electrical Installation to a level 3 NVQ standard
- Hold a teaching qualification at L5 or be willing to work towards
- Passionate and driven to inspire learners to achieve
- Possess excellent communication skills to effectively work across different levels
- Working collaboratively to achieve shared goals within the team and the wider college
