An exciting opportunity for an Architectural Technologist to join a well-established practice in their new offices in Exeter city centre. This local practice recently merged with a global multidisciplinary construction company.
The design led consultancy which is aggressively expanding offers a range of services from Architectural, through to construction management and planning all while maintaining an excellent staff Retention.
Offering a variety of sectors to include leisure parks, residential, housing developments, sports and leisure, commercial/industrial. supportive and pressive small company with all the benefits you will find working for a large multi-disciplinary.
You’ll have the opportunity for professional growth and career development in a friendly, sociable, and supportive setting.
The Role:
*Producing working drawing packages
*Liaising with consultants and clients
*Lead and manage technical design projects
*Attending site meetings
*Measured surveys and site inspections
*Revit software skills is preferred but not mandatory
*AutoCAD skills
*Excellent communication skills and work well in a team and independently
*Previous project sector experience on the above required
*Technical ability and capability to take full responsibility for own workload
*Relevant Architectural qualification
*In practice experience essential
