Operations Executive
We are working with a highly successful and fast growth Search firm who specialise in sustainability with transatlantic presence and ambitious growth plans! This is an amazing company with a fantastic collaborative, hardworking culture where everyone is passionate and driven and so lovely to work with! If you have a little admin experience, a lot of common sense and great communication skills, then read on!
Your duties
This is an extremely busy and varied role where you will oversee a wide range of operations and facilities tasks. You will need to be comfortable with taking pride in the office space whilst also capable of managing complex senior operational projects. A no task is too big or small attitude will come into play well!
*Check stock levels and order all office equipment from kitchen supplies to hardware
*Deal with office facilities
*Update the company website
*Track client terms are in place and chase accordingly
*Support onboarding of new team members from email set up, ordering hardware and arranging inductions
*Support exit processes
*CRM management and be a best practice champion
*Support with reporting tools and implement processes
*Ensure quality, integrity and regular updates of data
*Be the first point of contact for all IT queries
*Manage the relationship with external IT supplier
*Oversee phone contracts
*Coordinate internal celebrations (birthdays, holidays etc)
*Support the company culture by driving social activities
*Arrange team travel including international travel
*Set up manage and coordinate a range of internal and external events
*Work on a wide range of ad hoc projects and take complete ownership of them
*Support internal charity initiatives
*And much more!!!
You
You are not required to have experience in all the above tasks, but the main thing is that you will have the attitude and competencies to quickly learn the areas you don’t know and drive it forward accordingly!
*Some relevant experience in a similar role
*Intelligent, bright and with common sense
*Both proactive and reactive
*An exceptional communicator
*Ambitious and driven - you must want to take ownership of your areas of responsibility
*Adaptable, flexible and able to reprioritise quickly
*Have exceptional relationship building skills
*Strong Office software efficiency across MS Office as well as being IT savvy to deal with first line technical issues
