Job Description:
This role will provide a support function to the Office Manager and the day to day running of the office and other ad-hoc functions.
Main duties
*Answering the main phone line into the office and dealing with the calls in a timely manner.
*Meeting visitors and taking in deliveries.
*Maintaining soft facilities such as cleaning contracts, first aiders, fire wardens, ensuring relevant paperwork and certificates.
*Book all shipping requests UK/Overseas.
*Assist with Marketing material mail outs in absence of team members.
*Carrying out completion of product sample requests and liaising with the Sales and Operations team to process the requests and notify the appropriate representative and update spreadsheets accordingly.
*File and log all legal agreements.
*Order office stationery and make sure best value for money is always obtained.
*Work effectively with all team members to ensure goals are consistently met and assist in day-to-day support where required.
Skills
*Good administration experience.
*Excellent telephone manner and happy dealing with people.
*Can do and proactive approach to work.
*A good working knowledge of MS office including Excel.
*Due to the location, a driver with own car would be ideal, unless live in Petersfield.
Hours
*Working hours will be 9-5 Monday to Friday but can offer flexibility when required.
