Ideally you shall have a minimum of 1 year’s previous experience of successfully managing post settlement work including:

*Completing and submitting applications for registration of deeds and LBTT Returns (Land and Buildings Transaction Tax).
*Reviewing Title Sheets post-registration to ensure all information is accurate.
*Sending title deeds to lenders, clients, and storage.
You’ll be highly organised, have exceptional communication skills and be someone who is looking to build on their experience and develop your career.
