Elevation Recruitment is partnering with a key client to find an experienced Interim Finance Business Partner. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and be ready to hit the ground running, providing critical financial support and insights.

Key Responsibilities: 
*Align financial reporting with business goals
*Analysing performance before and after implementation, as well as tracking ongoing progress
*Provide analysis and insights to support better financial and commercial decision-making
*Generate and track key performance indicators (KPIs) on a weekly basis to monitor business performance
*Assist in creating and managing annual budgets, forecasts, and business plans
*Collaborate with operational managers to streamline budgeting and financial reporting processes
*Investigate discrepancies between forecasts, budgets, and actual results, and offer recommendations for improvement
*Foster strong partnerships with senior management and key departments across the business
*Play a supporting role in various finance-led initiatives, including system upgrades, investment evaluations, and preparing presentations for senior leadership
*Identify opportunities for enhancing processes, improving efficiency, and upgrading reporting systems
*Influence and guide stakeholders using data-driven insights to support effective decision-making.
*Analyse large volumes of data to identify trends, create reports, and present findings clearly and concisely
Key Skills:
*Fully Qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ ACA) or QBE
*Good working knowledge of Excel and working with large sets of data
*Knowledge of Process Manufacturing would be an advantage.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
