Position: Deputy Headteacher responsible for professional development, teaching and learning

Start Date: April or September 2025

Salary Pay Range: L 14- L19 (£69,964-£78,926) London Fringe - negotiable dependent on experience

The Role
As sole Deputy Headteacher, you will work closely with the Headteacher to lead on curriculum, teaching and learning and professional development.
You will:* Lead with Vision: Support the strategic direction of the school, driving continuous improvement in all areas.
* Develop Our Team: Mentor and inspire teachers, promoting professional growth through structured development and collaboration.
* Enhance Learning: Oversee curriculum delivery and foster outstanding teaching and learning practices.
* Champion Inclusivity: Ensure every child, including those with SEND, is supported to achieve their best.
* Strengthen Community: Build relationships within our diverse, multifaith school community.

You are an experienced and inspirational leader who:
* Has a track record of driving academic and personal growth for pupils.
* Understands the importance of curriculum innovation and instructional excellence.
