Zachary Daniels Retail Recruitment are recruiting for an extremely high-profile store in the heart of Liverpool City Centre. Our client is known for their service, their amazing product range and have a reputation for quality. Due to internal growth and development, we have an opportunity for a Store Manager to join the business.
We want a Store Manager who enjoys leading a team, has the ability to deliver a personal service to customers and wants to grow the business. You will work closely with internal marketing teams to organise and execute events where you will be engaging with new and existing customers.
The Store Manager Opportunity:
As a Store Manager, you will deliver an outstanding service and a memorable experience on every visit. You will liaise with high profile clients, loyal customers and new enquiries to drive engagement and deliver results. The successful retail leader will build a high performing team and strategically drive sales and profitability within the store, whilst retaining a customer-centric approach at all times.
You will be people focused and have the leadership skills to motivate, manage and support the team at all times.
