Job Description:
One of the UK’s largest specialists in Corporate Restructuring, Recovery and Insolvency, are currently recruiting for a Senior Insolvency Administrator.
This business is eager to sponsor the career of an ambitious admin as they progress upwards through the firm. Key Responsibilities will include:
*Ensuring all client work is carried out within the appropriate timescales through continual monitoring of case progression.
*Working as a team with managers, directors and other staff to ensure the department meets its objectives and all client demands are exceeded.
*Ensuring client’s expectations are exceeded, by always providing a first-class service.
*Assessing financial and other information to assist clients in understanding their affairs and needs; to identify opportunities to enhance value for stakeholders.
*Understanding the insolvency act and appreciating key commercial aspects of insolvency companies.
*Providing regular progress reports to the manager including preparation of six-monthly case reviews, as well as drafting all routine case correspondence.
*Analytical review of information to facilitate case strategy or to fulfil reporting requirements.
*Dealing with creditor telephone enquiries.
Requirements:
*Prior experience within Insolvency is absolutely essential, minimum of 3 years.
*Strong communication skills and proven ability to work both autonomously and as a part of a team.
*Completion or desire to study ACA/ACCA or CPI/ICAEW Certificate in Insolvency Qualification.
*Experienced user of Microsoft Office and Outlook and time management system.
