Store Manager | Fast paced Store | £40,000 - £42,000
We have an opportunity for a Store Manager to join an expanding food and discount retailer who are successful, ambitious and consistently opening new stores! We want to recruit a Store Manager who will take pride in their store, develop the team and deliver a great service to customers.
As Store Manager you will have experience of working in a fast-paced retail environment is essential, you will be a Store Manager who can deliver results, high standards and be ambitious to progress with our client.
To be our clients new Store Manager, you will be a motivated, hands-on, shop floor based, commercial and a result driven retail manager who has a passion for coaching and developing teams, combined with a passion for delivering a brilliant service.
You will need your own transport to travel to our clients’ stores, in addition we want a proven Manager who can support other stores across the area when required so a flexible approach is a must.
Key Responsibilities as a Store Manager:
*Overall control of key areas in store
*Driving customer service standards in your store.
*Increase sales in store and ensuring site profitability.
*Training, coaching and developing your team.
*Maintain company and brand standards are maintained as well as adhering to H&S guidelines.
*Achieving store and company KPI’s.
*Profit protection and stock management
*Keeping up with current trends, including competitor analysis.
Our client’s Store Manager role is the ideal next challenge for someone with experience of managing great teams and driving results. This is a top 3 store and highly visible - you will have the chance to progress well within the company once you succeed here!
In reward for your hard work, you will receive a basic salary circa £40,000 plus benefits, which is reviewed throughout your career and you have the opportunity to earn bonuses.
Please note, due to locations and working hours you will need your own transport. This is essential.
