4Leisure is seeking dedicated lifeguards to join our flexible, temporary team at a leisure facility in the Ilford area. This role is perfect for individuals seeking additional hours with flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
*Ensure the safety and supervision of all pool users at all times
*Maintain high standards of health and safety procedures
*Perform rescues and provide assistance when necessary
*Conduct general poolside cleaning duties
*Communicate regularly with the on-site manager
Requirements:
*A current NPLQ (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification) certificate
*An up-to-date DBS certificate (or willing to obtain one through us)
*Strong sense of responsibility and excellent customer service skills
Pay and Benefits:
*£13.45 per hour, inclusive of holiday pay
*Weekly payments
