Job Description:
Are you an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Negotiator, keen to work at an extremely reputable business in St Albans? We’re looking for a highly successful and skilled Residential Sales expert to join a great company in St Albans as Sales Associate to maintain the growth of the sales for one of the leading agencies in the country.
Key responsibilities of the Sales Associate:
*Delivery of individual and team revenue against set targets through the sale of residential properties.
*Developing relationships and working closely with clients.
*Providing exceptional customer service to clients, face to face, by telephone or email.
*Meeting with clients to provide a service tailored to individual instructions.
*Progressing sales to completion, including liaison with solicitors as appropriate, and keeping all parties well informed.
*Providing informed advice and expertise to clients and colleagues.
*Maintaining a network of both internal and external contacts and make use of these to gain new business opportunities.
*Maintaining team standards according to company policy and external regulations.
You will receive the following:
*£35,000 basic salary
*Car Allowance
*Commission - £50,000 OTE
To be successful as the Sales Associate, you will need to:
*Be able to demonstrate a successful track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
*Demonstrate local knowledge of St Albans area.
*Demonstrate a full understanding of the residential sales process.
*Be able to demonstrate a strong track record of sales.
