About the Role *Position: Science Teacher
*Location: Southend-On-Sea
*Start Date: January 2025
*Salary: In line with the Fringe Teachers Pay Scale
*Key Responsibilities: *Teach Science across KS3, KS4, and ideally KS5 Physics.
*Assess students against learning outcomes and support all groups to achieve their potential.
*Challenge and inspire students to excel academically while fostering personal and spiritual growth.

What We’re Looking For *A Science Teacher with excellent subject knowledge and strong teaching skills.
*The ability to build positive relationships with staff and students.
*A commitment to raising attainment and maintaining high-quality provision.
