Head of Lettings’ Requirements:
*Strong leadership skills to inspire and guide branch teams, ensuring exceptional service and seamless experiences for customers.
*A passion for coaching and developing individuals, building a trusted and capable team.
*The ability to lead by example, upholding company values and maintaining high standards.
*Energy, drive, and commercial awareness to grow market share and capitalize on new opportunities.
The Head of Lettings’ Package:
*£40,000 - £45,000 Basic
*Car Allowance
*Commission - £80,000 OTE
