Job Description:
This Accounts Payable position in our Accounting & Finance department offers an opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to manage our company’s accounts payable process in the Technology & Telecoms industry.

Description
*Oversee the entire accounts payable process.
*Ensure all invoices are paid promptly and accurately.
*Reconcile supplier statements and handle any discrepancies.
*Maintain supplier relationships by responding to queries in a timely manner.
*Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
*Collaborate with the purchasing department to ensure accuracy of orders and invoices.
*Produce monthly reports and assist with month-end closing activities.
*Continually improve the accounts payable process to increase efficiency.
Profile
A successful ’Accounts Payable’ should have:
*A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
*Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
*Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
*Strong understanding of accounting principles and accounts payable procedures.
*Effective communication and negotiation skills.
*The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
